We have been here for more than
25 years. Chris started with a small shop and one employee. He
later expanded and moved to the store next to him. Chris is the owner of Berlin Bicycle. He has worked in bicycle
shops all his life. After graduating from Southern Connecticut
business school, he decided to open a shop of his own. From humble
beginnings, Chris has worked diligently to keep his shop among
the best in Connecticut. He attends yearly bicycle shows in order
to keep up with the ever changing bicycle market. Chris is an
accomplished athlete, he competes in Hi-Tech races (national champions
in open division),was a CT USTF champ, and National Indoor Champion. |

Bruce
(Head Mechanic/ Sales)
Bruce has worked in a bicycle shop his whole life. Bruce has toured
throughout the country on bicycle. Bruce is particularly knowledgeable
about Terry, Rivendell and older model bicycles. He is also our
Tandem expert. Bruce has over 40 years of cycling experience. |

Ryan (Sales/Mechanic)
Ryan started working at Berlin Bicycle in the spring of 2006.
In that time he has solidified himself as the shop's mountain bike expert.
He is well versed in cross-country mountain bikes and parts, as well as
the growing world of all-mountain and freeride styles. |

Scott (Sales/Mechanic/Fit Specialist)
Scott is an experienced cyclist. With his roots in mountain
biking, Scott made the jump to road bikes some years ago and has
never looked back. He has raced all over the east coast and was
the team manager of the Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield Cycling team. He is an experienced
mechanic with years of cycling knowlege. |

Mark (Mechanic/ Retro Junkie)
Mark is a life long rider and an active member of the local
cycling community. He has worked in bike shops for over 25 years and in
that time he has always remained faithful to the 'old school'. He is an
experienced mechanic with knowledge in all areas of cycling. |

Ostap (Mechanic/ Sales/ Ukrainian Muscle)
Ostap began coming to Berlin Bicycle as a kid, spending all his money on bike parts. Fast forward about 10 years and not much has changed; accept now he works here. Ostap has a broad knowledge of all aspects of bike riding and maintenance, including downhill mountain biking and bicycle trials. |

Andy (Mechanic/ Dude)
Andy is our newest employee and has quickly become part of the team here. He is well versed in mountain and bmx bikes and components. He loves old, beat up Volvos more than his mother, but we're working hard to change that... |
